Rest as needed then:

Run 800 Meters
Five rounds of:
25 Squats
135 pound Push Jerk, 7 repetitions

Note: Women’s Rx’d weight on the Push Jerk is 95lb. How do the increased Squat repetitions affect the dip and drive of the Push-Jerk?
