Note: Today’s workout is a spin-off of the famous CrossFit “Girl” called “Lynne”. The only difference is the weight on the Bench Press, which is fixed at 135lb. and 75lb., instead of bodyweight. In order to maximize the training stimulus, be sure to move from the Bench Press to the Pull-up within 20 seconds. Your score will totaled each round, giving you total Bench Press repetitions, total Pull-up, and total combined score. How many people can break 200 total repetitions on todays workout? Rest up to 3:00 between rounds.
