Five Individually Timed Rounds of:

Run 400 Meters
Bench Press, 15 Repetitions

Note: Performed correctly, this is an extremely anaerobic and full bodied workout.  Advanced male Athletes should strive for 3:00 rounds with bodyweight on the barbell. Team of 4 to 5 Athletes will share a rack and rotate through the workout. Rest will be approximately 4 to 7 minutes between rounds. The Wendler Strength Series will continue next Thursday.
