Today we are offering our Athletes an additional two hours of gym from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity to make up a workout from the week or practice advanced CrossFit skills under the supervision of a Coach. From 12:00 to 1:00 PM, we are offering our very first “Coaches Hour” with Coach Alex Spencer. The skill of the day will be the nuances of the Back Squat. We look forward to seeing you here!
