Push-Up

Note: This is a strict Dumbbell Shoulder Press – no use of the hip or leg. What is the effect on the upper body as we press from different planes? Use 15lb. to 45lb. Dumbbells. Advanced Athletes should consider the use of the Handstand Push-up.
