Today we are going to reconfigure our 1 Repetition Max in the Deadlift and Bench Press. This data point will be used for the Thursday Wendler Strength Series.

Note: Weight on “Fran” is 95lb. barbell for men and 65lb. for women. This is an “old school” CrossFit original workout.
