On a 21:00 clock (7 rounds each station)
Minute One: Assault Bike (15 / 9 calories)
Minute Two: Concept2 Row (15 / 9 calories)
Minute Three: Deadlift (see below for rep’s- up to 1855lb. / 125lb.)
- 3,6,9,12,15,18,21 repetitions
Note: On todays session, the Assault Bike and Concept2 Row are “static stations” and retain their same value throughout the entire workout. The deadlift repetitions will increase by 3 each round based on the schematic outlined above.
