5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

“Harder Running Cindy”

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20:00 of,
Run 400 Meters then,
Complete 5 Rounds:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips
20 Single Leg Squats (Alternating 10 Each Leg)

Note: Athletes can pick either “Cindy” or “Harder Cindy” with minimal modifications encouraged. It’s going to be hot today – be sure to drink enough water before and after class.
