Today at 5:30 PM join us for the first CrossFit Pleasure Point Strikes Class.

This will be a weekly class taught by Coach Henry Montes.  Henry has been an Athlete at CrossFit Pleasure Point and is the driving force behind the Never Forget Relay Race through Nisene Marks State Park.

Henry has a wealth of knowledge and a background in boxing.  Henry has been in Law Enforcement since 1995.

This class will be a combination of striking and CrossFit movements.  Striking will be taught and then implemented into a workout, giving athletes a high intensity workout and development of new skills.

Evolution A:

Tempo Bench Press – 7-5-3-1

Refer to last weeks numbers, keeping in mind the sets were 10-7-5-3.

Evolution B:

“Good Golly Miss Molly”

8 Minute AMRAP

30 Double Unders (60 singles)

8 Burpees
