Congratulations to Nathan and Shawn who have been training at CrossFit Amundson (as training partners!) for over 1 year. These two World Champions in their respective sports of Big Wave Surfing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are respected for their technique, courage, sportsmanship and Warrior Spirit. Nathan and Shawn recently donated pieces from their winning collection to our gym, including Nathan’s Jiu Jitsu Gi and Black Belt, and a Jersey wore by Shawn in the Nelscott Oregon 2014 Big Wave surfing competition. These awesome contributions to our gym are being framed and will be on display in the CrossFit Amundson Team Room.
