Even Minutes = “Grace” (5 repetitions of Ground to Overhead / 135lb. – 85lb.).

Note: On today’s session, find a version of “Cindy” that allows you to complete the repetitions in 50 seconds of less. The goal is 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, and 15 Squats.
