Notes: On Evolution A, the Kettlebell Snatch will be instructed in each class. This is a skill you’ll see in the upcoming CrossFit Amundson Kettlebell Competition! The progression will consist of adding 1 Snatch on each arm every minute for 10:00. On Evolution B, Athletes can pick their individual barbell weight. Your score is the total number of rounds multiplied by the amount of barbel weight. Recommended weight for men is 185lb. to 275lb., and women 95lb. to 155lb.
