Note: For the metabolic component of todays workout, each Athlete will have 4:00 to row 500 meters and then, in the remaining amount of time, complete as many Double-Unders as possible. Your “score” is the number of successfully completed Double-Unders. To encourage Double Unders, all attempts made will be counted. Weighted jump ropes will still be a modification available to Athletes.

Wendler Strength Series Update: Today will be the final week of the Wendler Strength Series. For Athletes interested in continuing to utilize the Wendler Strength Series Progression, we encourage the use of our Open Gym Hours, which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A CrossFit Amundson Coach will be on scene during all Open Gym Hours to help with the programming and technique of the Wendler Progression.
