Ground to Overhead, As Many Repetitions As Possible (75lb. / 55lb.)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Note: The fastest technique for the Ground to Overhead will be the Snatch. How many athletes can break 100+ rep’s at the Rx’ level? Record each round on the whiteboard.
