Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 30 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions

Note: The KBHP range of motion is the base of the Kettlebell on the group to the thumbs touching the chin. The combination of the rapid hip opening on the KBHP coupled with the rapid hip closing of the Toes to Bar, combined with this same contrasting range of motion on the run, makes for a potent midline session! How many people can Rx’ todays session and bring it home in 12:00 or less?
