Odd Minutes – 3 Power Cleans (#135/85)

Even Minutes – Assault Bike Calories 6-12 Calories

During the Power Cleans, Athletes should look to Go Heavy on the Power Cleans.  If Athletes can complete the Power Clean ladder at #135/85 then they should look to go heavier.

For the Assault Bike Calories, Athletes can pick a calorie anywhere between 6 and 12 Calories to complete during each minute.

This Sunday, October 9th, 2022, join us for a special WOD with Coaches James, Melissa, and Adrian in a fundraiser WOD.  Money donated will help them pay for their Level 2 Coaches Certificate.
