Note: This one’s for the leaderboard! Compare todays score to January 4, 2019, and April 19, 2019. How many people can Rx’ todays session in 8:00 or less? On the max effort Thruster, the barbell must start on the ground. Athletes can either Power Clean or Squat Clean the weight to the rack. A Squat Clean immediately into a Thruster is the way to go!
