5 Set of 5 Reps

Athlete chooses weight

Hang Power Clean / High Power Snatch

As a gym we rarely use the Snatch movement.  If it is a movement you are interested in practicing today is your day.  If not, athletes can continue to work on their Clean.

These sets should be consecutive reps maintaining your grip on the bar.  Let’s not forget to use that Hookgrip.

4 Rounds for time

50 Double Unders

15 KB Swings (#53/35)

10 Pushups
