Note: This is a slight modification of the famous CrossFit workout “The Chief”. The equal part work to rest encourages maximum power output and intensity. Mens barbell weight is up to 135lb. and women’s is up to 95lb.

Grogan Family Event was EPIC

On January 4, 2014, nearly 100 people visited our gym to support the Grogan family with prayer, exercise and monetary donations. The event was one of the most successful in our gyms history and we are so grateful to everyone who participated.

Reminder that Boot Camp starts tonight tonight at 7:00 PM in our main gym. We look forward to welcoming our new Athletes to the gym! The Boot Camp is Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM and Saturday morning from 8:00 to 8:45 AM. The cost for the program is only $69.00. New Athletes can join the program on the first Tuesday of any month.
