Station One = Wallball Shots, 15 repetitions (20lb. / 14lb.)
Station Two = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions
Station Three = 200 meter run (Bus Stop)
Note: Athletes than can complete a 300 meter run in 45 seconds or less should choose that distance. All other stations are intended to be completed in 30 seconds or less (requiring consecutive repetitions).
