Perform Three Rounds of Max Repetition Front Squat with 65% of your 1RM. This is not a timed workout, but rather an attempt to accumulate as many Front Squats as possible. Rest as needed between attempts.
Extra Credit: Perform the “PIT Master” drill with our brand new and custom made sleds! This drill, made famous by legendary fight trainer John Hackleman, involves dragging a weight sled behind you, and then transitioning to pulling the sled towards you. You are going to love this.
