Jump into the week with this great workout.

500 Double Unders / 1000 Singles

5 Pushups and 10 Squats every time your jump rope stops.

Who can complete this in under 10 sets.  Your score is the number of times you rope stops.

For those athletes working on their Double Unders, give them a shot at some point during the workout.  If there is time the workout is over, make it a goal to string several together.
