Dip Progression: 5,5,4,3,2 Strict Dips
Please join us from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM today for Open Gym Saturday. There will be TWO formal group workouts tomorrow. The first workout will start at 10:00 AM. It will be free to the public and appropriate for all skill levels. The second session will begin at approximately 11:30 AM. This workout is only for members of CrossFit Amundson and will be programmed at the advanced level. Open gym will now be from 12:30 to 2:00 PM with supervision from our Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity to work on skills and the accomplishment of your goals.
The Santa Cruz CrossFit Affiliate Cup Competition is coming in October! If you are interested in competing on a four person team, please advise Heather Rosenberg and sign up at the gym. Everyone who wants to compete will be placed on a team!
The Pull-up Progression netted incredibly positive results during the month of August. In September, we repeat the same progression with the Ring Dip. Our longterm goal is the successful accomplishment of a Strict Muscle-up, as well as the skill transfer both the Strict Pull-up and Dip provide.
