For Time,

Run 800 meters
400 meter Farmers Carry (1 x 35lb. / 25lb. Kettlebell)
50 Burpees
75 Squats
20 Pull-ups (first 5 must be strict)

Note: Today’s workout is the “slick” and “for time” version of the National Tactical Officer Association Physical Fitness Qualification Test (PFQ) that was designed by Coach along with hand-selected members of his team. This is a super challenging workout! On the Farmers Carry, forward progress can only be made with 1 x hand on the Kettlebell. You must either come to a complete stop or very quickly change hands while running. All stations except the Pull-up will be on the Grinder.
