Today we are going to do a tough challenge workout. Every minute on the minute for twenty minutes, add a burpee. Your goal is to continue to add one burbee for a total of twenty minutes.

Upon completion of the workout or if you are unable to finish the required number of repetitions in any minute, rest five minutes, then:

Accumulate a total of one minute in a hollow rock.
