Rest as needed and determine 50% of your working threshold then,
For 12:00 (3 Rounds Each Station)
Minute One: Dumbbell Snatch (50% Threshold)
Minute Two: Toes to Bar (50% Threshold)
Minute Three: Box Jump (50% Threshold)
Minute Four: Concept2 Row (50% Threshold)
Note: The “Threshold Mash-up Training” is an incredible method to practice skills (such as todays Dumbbell Snatch and Toes to Bar) and develop power, endurance and speed. The 50% Threshold requirement is super challenging!

Krav Maga Santa Cruz is pleased to announce a formal Krav Maga Worldwide :Yellow Belt series, culminating in the presentation of a Krav Maga Yellow Belt, in accordance with the training and testing requirements of Krav Maga Worldwide and the FORCE Training Division. More information to follow soon. The anticipated start of the Yellow Belt Series is March.
