Hold the bottom position of the air-squat for 2 minutes
Jump Rope “Double Unders” for 2 minutes
Hang from the pull-up bar (full extension) for 2 minutes
Jump Rope “Double Unders” for two minutes

Can you hold 100 “Double Unders” for each 2 minute round and the isometric contraction for the same with no less than ten seconds transition? That’s tough work!
