“Harder 15”

On an 18:00 clock (6 rounds each station)
Station One = Dumbbell or Kettlebell Deadlift, 15 repetitions (2 x 45+ lb., 25+ lb. KB / DB)
Station Two = Burpees, 15 repetitions
Station Three = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions

Note: Scaling options (up and down!) will be discussed around the whiteboard. This is intended to be a challenging yet manageable session.
