Clean and Jerk, 15-12-9 repetitions (must be completed within 10 minutes)
Rest as needed then,
Strict Pull-up Progression – Every Minute On The Minute for 10:00 add 1 x strict Pull-up
Note: For “Gwen” athletes must touch and go at the floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping except for the final repetition of each set. Use the same load for all 3 sets. Rest as needed between sets.
- CrossFit at 6AM, 8AM, 10:30AM and 4PM
- Teenager Class at 3PM
- Bag Class at 5:15PM
