Today we are starting a double Wendler Series – Bench Press and Weighted Pull-up.
Athletes will find their 1RM for each of the movements. For the Weighted Pull-up if any athlete does not have their strict body weight pull-up then the band with the least assistance will be determined and logged.
Athletes will work on one movement to determine their 1RM. Athletes will have 20 minutes for each movement.
