Power Clean, 5,3,1,1,1 Repetitions (Establish a 1 Repetition Max Lift)
Rest as needed then,
Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 8 minutes of:
Hang Power Clean, 95lb. / 75lb.
Each time you break, perform 30 Squats
Note: This is one amazing workout! A “Break” constitutes anytime the barbell touches the ground. Your “score” is the total number of Hang Power Cleans you achieve during the AMRAP added to the total amount of weight lifted on the 1RM. Today’s workout is a classic “Coach Glassman Original WOD” that encourages both strength and endurance.
