Minute One, Assault Bike (Maximum Calories)
Minute Two, Wall Ball Shots (20lb. / 16lb. Maximum Repetitions)
Minute Three: Toes to Bar (Maximum Repetitions)
Rest as needed and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
Push Press or Push Jerk, 5,4,3,2,1 repetitions (tempo training, 5 second descent)
Note: Following the blistering pace of the triplet, we will slow things down and focus on barbell strength. The “overload” principle is in effect today on the Press, and this type of training yields awesome results. How many people can average 60 + repetitions on the metabolic session, and then achieve a bodyweight Push Press while maintaining the tempo requirement on the descent?
