Kettlebell Swing, As Many Repetitions As Possible (53lb. / 35lb.

Rest up to 2:00 between rounds and perform 5 total rounds.

Rest as needed then,

50 Strict Pull-ups IAFSAP (In As Few Sets As Possible)

Note: Today’s session is an incredible test of mental focus and “cycle time” speed between repetitions. How many people can Rx’ todays session and maintain 15 or more rep’s per round?
