Note: For “Gwen” athletes must touch and go at the floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping except for the final repetition of each set. Use the same load for all 3 sets. Rest as needed between sets. Compare today’s effort to June 8, 2021, July 1, 2021, and July 28, 2021. On the TTB progression, every minute on the minute (EMOM) athletes will add 1 Toe to Bar for as long as possible or until 15:00 is reached. If you are unable to make the progression on the bar, proceed with sit-ups.
