Kettlebell Swing, 21 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Pull-up, As Many Repetitions As Possible (score)

Rest up to 3:00 and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Rest as needed then,

Find you 1RM “21.4” score.

  • 1 Deadlift
  • 1 Clean
  • 1 Hang Clean
  • 1 Shoulder to Overhead
