Back Squat 10, 7, 5, 3 Repetitions (Tempo Training)
Rest as needed then,
1 Set of Maximum Repetition Squat (Athlete Choice Percentage of Bodyweight)
Complete Three Rounds:
Concept 2 Row, As Many Calories As Possible in 1:00
Note: Rest up to 3:00 between sprint rounds on the Concept 2 Rower. Hit every work interval rested enough to maximize the power output and intensity. How many Athletes can Squat their bodyweight for 10 or more repetitions and achieve a combined 50 or more calories on the row intervals?

SATVANA & CROSSFIT MOBILITY UPDATE
Greg Amundson will be in Encinitas from August 9 through August 21 to co-teach with Mark Divine the worlds first Yoga Alliance certified Warrior Yoga Teacher Training. Twenty Students from across the Country will be participating in this monumental event, with the hopes of opening a Warrior Yoga school in their hometown. Our Warrior Yoga program will be used as a model school for the prospective new Yoga teachers and school owners. Please note there will be NO Yoga classes until Greg’s return.
