+1 Deadlift (#225/155)
+1 Bar Facing Burpee
During this workout athletes will add 1 repetition to each movement as they complete their rounds.
The score will be the number of completed rounds plus the subsequent reps.
Don’t forget to use that switch grip on the deadlifts and just keep moving on the bar facing burpees.
