Thursday night Yoga with Bailey
CrossFit Amundson is now offering two CrossFit Amundson Yoga and Mobility Classes. Our Yoga and Mobility program is custom designed by Greg Amundson, Bailey Feeney and Jessica Zovar, and was highly influenced by Yoga Warrior founder Mark Divine. Each one hour class focuses on developing the intangible attributes of the warrior mindset, increasing awareness of the breath, and providing functional stretching to enhance the CrossFit experience. These classes are free to all CrossFit Amundson athletes and more classes will be added in the Spring.
