Weighted DB Box Step-up (35/20)

During today’s session we will be completing two individual Tabata Sessions.  Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

The score for Tabata will be the lowest amount of reps completed in any of the 20 seconds of work.  Try to maintain your first rounds score throughout the Tabata session.

For today’s session we will be using this as an active recovery session.  Use a light weight for both Evolutions and work on perfect technique.
