Note: Use a Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatch between 15lb. and 53lb. Rest 5:00 then run the “Ocean Loop” for time.

Pat is a man of immense character, integrity, discipline and strength. Pat serves our community in public safety, and is a shinning example to his peers at work. Pat was one of the very first Athletes to begin training at CrossFit Amundson. His dedication to his training is a source of encouragement to all the Athletes in the gym.
