V1:

Three Rounds for Time:
50 Squats
Run 100 Meters (to Krav Maga)
30 P-Bar Push-ups
Run 100 Meters (to HQ)
Hang Power Clean, 10 Repetitions (135lb. / 95lb.)

V2:

Three Rounds for Time:
50 Single Let Squats (25 Each Leg)
Run 100 Meters (to Krav Maga)
7 Bar Muscle-ups (or 21 Chest to Bar Pull-ups and 30 Hand Release Push-ups)
Run 100 Meters (to HQ)
Hang Power Clean, 10 Repetitions (175lb. / 105lb.)

Note: Todays workout is a good one! Version Two was completed on Saturday during the Advanced Class. (Special mention to Jhonee’ who completed V2!). Athletes have their choice of either Version 1 or 2.
