Reminder all training on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, will be at the Santa Cruz Harbor for Stand-Up-Paddle day. Training will be in two hour blocks of instruction. Please try to stay and train as long as possible. We recommend bringing a towel and a warm sweatshirt. Boards, paddles and a wetsuit are all provided and included in standard CrossFit Amundson enrollment. Class times are listed below:
