Note: Athletes have one opportunity at each station to accumulate as many repetitions as possible. In addition, athletes can pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation.

Save The Date! Our annual “Memorial Day Murph” will be on Monday, May 28, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM. More information to follow soon! This year we are doing the event on Monday (Memorial Day). The workout brief is at 11:30AM and the first heat begins at 12PM. Our very own Britt will be on the grill again this year!
