From 0:00 to 2:00,
Two Rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull-up, 10 Push-up, 15 Squat)
From 2:00 to 4:00
Deadlift, 15 Repetitions (225lb. / 115lb.)
From 4:00 to 6:00
Run 400 Meters (or Concept2 Row 500 Meters)
Rest 1:00 and repeat for two additional rounds (3 rounds total).
Note: Athletes can pick their “start station” but must honor the order of rotation. The goal is to “Rx” all evolutions today. If you finish the required rep’s within the 2:00 timeframe, rest until the start of the next evolution.
