Assault Bike, 21 Calories (15 women)
Burpees, 15 Repetitions
Kipping Pull-up’s, 9 Repetitions
Note: Rest as needed between rounds for maximum intensity, speed and explosiveness. Men should average 80RPM on the bike, and women 60. Your goal is to complete each round in 2:00 or less. The average round time (with 1:00 rest between rounds!) for Coach, Robert and Justin was 1:35.
