10 Double Kettlebell Cleans
10 Hand-Release Push-ups
Note: The Kettlebell Clean will be completed with two Kettlebells and will be instructed during the class. Weight is variable between 25lb. and 53lb. Who can Shoulder Press their bodyweight? This is going to be a great day of training. Advanced Athletes may modify the Hand-Release Push-up for a Handstand Push-up.
