Note: Men’s weight on the Bench Press is 135lb. and Women’s weight is 85lb. Rest no more than thirty seconds between the Bench Press and Pull-up. Rest as needed between rounds. Although only involving the upper body, this is an incredibly metabolic workout. Who can exceed 200 total repetitions?

The Amundson Barbell Club class will begin on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM. This class will focus on the Power Lifts and supplemental strength training techniques. This class is free and highly encouraged for all CrossFit Amundson Athletes.
