Working back and forth in teams of 2, with one partner working at a time, each partner completing two rounds:
Four Rounds of:
Weighted Walking Lunges with Kettlebells,
5 Strict Toes to Bar
Rest as needed then,
One partner working at a time, complete As Many Repetitions As Possible in 20:00 of:
100 Weighted Jumps or 50 Double Unders
Note: The “work to rest” ratio is the amount of time it takes each partner to complete their prescribed repetitions. Focus on adherence to strict range of motion and technique on the Walking Lunges and Toes to Bar. Kettlebell weight is up to 53lb. for men and 35lb. for women. Distance for lunges will be the distance of the gym or approximately 10 meters. How many teams can complete 10 or more rounds of the Jump Rope and Burpee workout?
