Rest as needed then,

Every Minute On The Minute for 12:00 (6 rounds)

Minute One = Shoulder to Overhead, 3 repetitions (from the ground / go heavy!)
Minute Two = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions

Note: Today we will be reviewing the amazing Split Jerk technique then “mashing up” a great couplet.
