Pull-up, As Many Repetitions As Possible
Rest as needed,
Jiu Jitsu Bench Press, As Many Repetitions As Possible (135lb. / 85lb.)

Note: In todays session, only the C2Row is on a confined amount of time. The other AMRAP stations are to muscle failure (testing endurance). Rest as needed between stations to maximize your overall score and record data from each station.
